MCER NO. 1-16:   REPEALED DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
Repeal of Executive Regulation 29-90, Workers' Compensation Claims

SUMMARY:  Executive Regulation No. 29-90, Workers’ Compensation Claims is being repealed because it is outdated and obsolete.  The repealed regulation was replaced by a new MCFRS policy titled Workers’ Compensation Claims.

ACTION: Executive Regulation 1-16 was repealed by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective May 10, 2016 .
