MCER NO. 4-16: REPEALED DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
Repeal of Executive Regulation 25-08AM,
Apparatus Staffing Policy
SUMMARY: The Fire Chief has prepared a new Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) policy, Apparatus Staffing Policy, to replace this regulation. As a result, Executive Regulation 25-08AM is obsolete.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 4-16 was repealed by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective September 27, 2016.

SUMMARY: The Fire Chief has prepared a new Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service (MCFRS) policy,
Medical Standards for Operational Members and Candidates of MCFRS, to replace this regulation. As a result, Executive Regulation 01-05AM is obsolete.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 13-16 was repealed by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective September 27, 2016.
