MCER NO. 12-17:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION
 Manual on Public Swimming Pool Operation
SUMMARY:  This regulation has been revised to coincide with enactment of Bill 16-17E, Swimming Pools, Lifeguards, Amendments; amending lifeguard requirements at certain hotel pools.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 21-12AM.
ACTION:  Executive Regulation 12-17 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective May 15, 2018.

MCER NO. 21-17:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION

MCER NO. 2-18:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
System Benefit Charges – Residential Waste Estimates
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 3-17 .
ACTION:  Executive Regulation 2-18 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective July 1, 2018.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 48-8 and 48-8A.  Method 2.

MCER NO. 5-18:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGULATION
Fee Schedule for Transient Lodging Facilities
SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes a licensing fee schedule for Transient Lodging, specifically Short Term Residential Rentals and amends other transient lodging fees.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 10-01.
ACTION:  Executive Regulation 5-18 was promulgated under the Method 3 review process and became effective June 14, 2018.
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 54-2 and 54-19.  Method 3.
