PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
Schedule of Fees for Fire Safety Code Permits, Code Modifications, Inspections and Licenses
SUMMARY: This regulation repeals and replaces existing Executive Regulation 12-12AM. This regulation provides a consistent and efficient method of calculating the fees; eliminates the current invoice method of collecting fees; and minimizes reliance on the general fund to cover services.
