June 1, 2018 Executive Regulations Proposed for Repeal
SUMMARY: This regulation established procedures to be used by all personnel in response to known cave-in incidents. This Executive Regulation was approved on April 12, 1990. These procedures will now be included in the Incident Response Policy.

Repeal of Executive Regulation 65-89- First Response for Trench Collapse Incidents
SUMMARY: Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Executive Regulation 65-89 is being repealed and the updated content and procedures will be included in the Incident Response Policy 24-01. This regulation was implemented on April 12, 1990, and no longer meets the criteria for modern day Cave-In requirements.
