Speed Humps
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation sets criteria for the consideration of speed humps and also sets forth the procedure for citizens of Montgomery County to request the installation of speed humps on eligible County roads. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 32-08.

Repair and Deduct
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation sets forth additional guidance and procedures related to implementing the repair and deduct remedy available to tenants of rental housing under Chapter 29, Section 29-22(f)(1), in cases where the landlord fails to correct a violation identified under Chapter 26 of the Montgomery County Code, 2014.
