Parliamentary and Maryland Open Meetings Act Training for Members of Boards,
Commissions and Committees
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes standards for training members of boards, commissions and committees on the Maryland Open Meetings Act and basic parliamentary procedure.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 10-17AM was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective April 17, 2018.

ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF POLICE REGULATION
Animal Services and Adoption Center Adoption and Service Fees
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes adoption fees for animals that are adopted from the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 29-13.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 16-17 was promulgated under the Method 3 process and became effective March 28, 2018.
