Schedule of Fees for Fire Safety Code Permits, Code Modifications, Inspections and Licenses
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation retroactively suspends the effective date of Executive Regulation 8-18 from October 2, 2018 (the date of its adoption by Council Resolution No:18-1243) through January 1, 2019. This temporary regulation makes no substantive changes to Executive Regulation 8-18, which is effective as of January 2, 2019.
