MCER NO. 7-18: REPEALED DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
Repeal of Executive Regulation #66-89 - Cave-In team Responses
SUMMARY: Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service Executive Regulation No. 66-89 is being repealed and the updated content will be included in the Incident Response Policy No. 24-01. This Regulation was implemented on February 28, 1991 and no longer meets the criteria for modern day Cave-In Team Responses

ACTION: Executive Regulation 7-18 was repealed by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process, effective February 5, 2019.

Repeal of Executive Regulation #65-89 - First Response for Trench Collapse
SUMMARY: Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service Executive Regulation No. 65-89 is being repealed and the updated content and procedures will be included in the Incident Response Policy No. 24-01. This Regulation was implemented on April 12, 1990 and no longer meets the criteria for modern day Cave-In Team requirements
