Annual Apartment License - Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3
SUMMARY: This regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses and replaces a temporary regulation established to ensure that the new fee schedule would be effective 7/1/19.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 16-19 was promulgated under the Method 3 review process and became effective August 26, 2019.
