MCER NO. 23-19:   ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                         Adoption of the 2017  National Electrical Code
 
​SUMMARY:  This regulation adopts the National Electrical Code, 2017 Edition, with local amendments.  This regulation applies to all electrical equipment, installations and activities within the County.  Executive Regulation 23-19 was adopted in October but inadvertently missed advertisement in the November Register.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 23-19 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process and became effective October 22, 2019.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 17-2 and 17-3.  Method 2.

MCER NO. 6-20:   ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
                           Emergency Medical Service Reimbursement Program
 

​SUMMARY:  This Regulation establishes (1) An emergency medical services transport reimbursement Schedule; and (2) a requirement that an individual who receives an emergency medical services transport provide certain information and execute of assignment of certain health insurance benefits.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 6-20 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process and became effective July 1, 2020.
