MCER NO. 9-20T: TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
Public Health Emergency Grant Program
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation provides for the award process and criteria for the provision of grants, or conditional grants, from the Public Health Emergency Grant Program, a sub-program of the Economic Development Fund. Temporary Regulation 9-20T is extended for 90 days to provide for continuity of this regulation until the permanent regulation goes through the approval process. The extension of temporary regulation 09-20T became effective July 24, 2020.
