MCER NO. 1-20: PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
Extending the sunset Date of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations
SUMMARY: This regulation amends Section 2 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to extend the sunset date of the Personnel Regulations until March 1, 2021. This extension is necessary in order to give the Executive ample time to review and act upon proposed Comprehensive Amendments to the Personnel Regulations. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 16-13 in part.
