A new series, Labor Relations Specialist I, II, and III, Grades 18, 22, and 25 has been created.  The Director of the Office of Human Resources has determined that the job class must not be included in the bargaining unit.

 

Any individual certified under County law who disagrees with this determination may file an objection with Darryl G. Gorman, Senior Advisor, Office of Human Resources, at Darryl.gorman@montgomerycountymd.gov.  Objections must be filed within 10 days of publication of this Register.
