Relocation Expenses - Regulation
SUMMARY: Proposed Executive Regulation No. 10-20 implements County Code Section 29-35B, which requires a landlord in certain circumstances to compensate a tenant that has been displaced if the tenant’s housing is condemned as unfit for human habitation.
