MCER NO. 9-20T: TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGULATION
Public Health Emergency Grant Program
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation provides for the award process and criteria for the provision of grants, or conditional grants, from the Public Health Emergency Grant Program, a sub-program of the Economic Development Fund.
ACTION: Temporary regulation 9-20T became effective on April 15, 2020.
