MCER NO. 26-19: ADOPTED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
Employee Compensation
SUMMARY: Executive Regulation 26-19 amends Section 10 of the Personnel Regulations to incorporate changes for salary-setting policies for applicants and employees to be in compliance with the salary equity provisions of Montgomery County Code 33-25. In addition, the OHR Director is required to seek CAO designee approval for salary-setting for candidates above the mid-point. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 16-13, in part.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 26-19 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 1 review process and became effective October 6, 2020.
