MCER NO. 9-21:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMUNITY AFFAIRS ​ REGULATION
                                  Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program 
 

​​SUMMARY:  This Executive Regulation repeals and replaces the provisions of Executive Regulation 35-90 which established the requirements and procedures for setting sales prices for the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) Program.  The Proposed Regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 35-90.
