MCER NO. 4-21:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                       Landlord-Tenant Relations - Obligations of Landlord - Air Conditioning​
 
​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Sections 02.42A.01, 02.42A.02, 02.42A.03, 02.42A.04, and 02.42A.05 of the Code of Montgomery County Regulations to update program and department titles, and fee schedules. Executive Regulation 19-20 Supersedes: Executive Regulations 21-98AM, 30-92, 31-92, 61-92 and 1-95, inpart.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 4-21 was approved by the County Council according to Method 2 review process, effective as of May 18, 2021.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 26-7(t) and Section 29-30(a)(9).

MCER NO. 7-21:   ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ​REGULATION
                        Systems Benefit Charges Residential Waste Estimates
 
​​SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings​.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 7-21 was approved by the County Council according to Method 2 review process, effective as of July 1, 2021.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Chapter 48, Sections: 48-8 and 48-8A.
