MCER NO. 3-21:   PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY PLANNING BOARD REGULATION
                                  Forrest Conservation - Trees - Regulation

​SUMMARY:  These Planning Board regulations identify the steps that an applicant must take to comply with Chapter 22A of the County Code, the Forest Conservation Law, and pertain to all development applications, mandatory referrals, conditional uses, sediment control permits, or park development applications. Special exception applications, or sediment control permit applications.  This regulation will supersede Montgomery County Planning Board Regulation 18-01.

COMMENTS:  Comments were received at a virtual Team Meeting held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 by the Montgomery County Planning Board and a virtual Zoom Meeting held by the County Council on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
