MCER NO. 3-22T:   TEMPORARY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                          Payment in Lieu of Taxes

​SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation amends the criteria under which the Director of Finance authorizes a payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) for certain affordable housing developments.
 
ACTION:  Temporary regulation 3-22T became effective on March 28, 2022.
 
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 52-24.
