MCER NO. 16-22: PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF POLICE REGULATION
School Bus Safety Cameras - Civil Penalty
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends the civil penalty for violation of § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article in compliance with the state law and decision of the Chief Judge of the District Court of Maryland. The civil penalty to be imposed for a violation of § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article is $250. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 18-13.

Performance Based Pay
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Section 10 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to provide for performance-based pay for the Executive Director of the Employee Retirement Plans. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 28-09.
