MCER NO. 16-22T:    TEMPORARY MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF POLICE REGULATION
                          School Bus Safety Cameras - Civil Penalty

​ SUMMARY:  This temporary regulation amends the civil penalty for violation of § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article in compliance with the state law and decision of the Chief Judge of the District Court of Maryland. The civil penalty to be imposed for a violation of § 21-706.1 of the Transportation Article is $250. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 18-13.
 
ACTION:   Temporary regulation 16-22T became effective on July 28, 2022.
