MCER NO. 12-20:  ADOPTED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                           Public Space Usage in Work Zones
 
SUMMARY: This Executive Regulation adopts minimum standard requirements and conditions for work zone usage within the County’s public right-of-way.

ACTION:  Executive Regulation 15-20 was approved by the County Council according to the Method 2 review process and became effective January 18, 2022.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 49-1 and 49-11.  Method 2.
