MCER NO. 21-21:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS​ REGULATION
                                  Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program 
 

​​SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation provides technical and stylistic corrections to the provisions of Executive Regulation 9-21 which established the requirements and procedures for setting sales prices for the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program.  The proposed regulation will supersede Executive Regulation 9-21.

MCER NO. 1-22:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES​ REGULATION
                                 Remove the Sunset Date for the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations
 

​​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends the personnel regulations to remove the sunset date.  The proposed regulation will supersede Executive Regulation 16-13, in part.

​​SUMMARY:  This regulation establishes policies and procedures for the administration of the Montgomery College Germantown Campus Regional Institutions Strategic Enterprise Zone (“MCGC RISE Zone”).
