MCER NO. 7-22: PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
HIF Payments for Development of 11-19 Units - Moderately Priced Housing
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation requires that Applicants enter into an agreement with the Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) for rental and for-sale development with 11-19 dwelling units and provides the calculation method for payments to the Housing Initiative Fund (HIF) for such developments. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 11-18AM.
