Extension of the Sunset Date of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Section 2 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to extend the sunset date of the Personnel Regulations until September 1, 2026. This extension of the Regulations is necessary in order to allow time for review and amendment of the Regulations as necessary. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 12-22T.
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Section 2 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to extend the sunset date of the Personnel Regulations until September 1, 2026.
