MCER NO. 21-21AM: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program
SUMMARY: This Executive Regulation corrects minor stylistic changes such as capitalization, underlining and bracketing to clarify modifications in text from previous Executive Regulation 35-90 to the newly adopted text of Executive Regulation 9-21 and to retain MPDU pricing standards that became effective September 28, 2021.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 21-21AM was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective September 13, 2022.
