MCER NO. 15-22T:    TEMPORARY MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION
                                  Transporation Services Improvement Fund
 
​ SUMMARY:  The temporary regulation establishes the procedures for disbursing monies from the Transportation Services Improvement Fund.
 
ACTION:   Temporary regulation 15-22T became effective on September 6, 2022.
 
AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:  Montgomery County Code, 2014, Section 53-801.
