Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer Matching Grant Program
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation establishes policies and procedures for the administration of the small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (“SBIR/STTR”) Matching Grant Program.
ACTION: Temporary regulation 2-23T became effective on December 27, 2022.
