In accordance with sections 33-105(b), 2-25D, and 2-64I (See Editor’s Note) of the Code, the Chief Labor Relation Officer (hereinafter, “CLRO”) has determined that the OAG, ASD, Administrative Specialist II, Grade 21 positions, Nos. 017804 and 017060, are appropriately included in the bargaining unit pursuant to Code Section 33-102(4) and, consistent therewith, do not fall under any of the exceptions set forth in Section 33-102(4)(A) – (Q) that would compel exclusion from the unit.
 
Any individual or agent of the certified bargaining representative may file an objection to this determination with the Labor Relations Administrator, with notice to the Chief Labor Relations Officer, within 10 days of the publication of this notice:

In accordance with sections 33-105(b), 2-25D, and 2-64I (See Editor’s Note) of the Code, the Chief Labor Relation Officer (hereinafter, “CLRO”) has determined that the OAG, ASD, Senior Business Development Specialist, Grade 27 position, No. 000385, is a “Supervisor” position, as that term is defined by Code Section 33-102(10) and is, therefore, necessarily excluded from the bargaining unit, pursuant to Code Section 33-102(4)(O)(“a supervisor, other than a Sergeant in the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation”). Position No. 000385 is also excluded from the bargaining unit pursuant to Code Section 33-102(4)(P)(“an employee in a position classified at grade 27 or above unless the employee’s position is reclassified or reallocated on or after July 1, 2002, to a nonsupervisory position at grade 27 or above”).
