MCER NO. 17-22: PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY TEBS - OFFICE OF BROADBAND PROGRAMS REGULATION
TFCG Application Category & Requirement Changes
SUMMARY: This proposed Executive Regulation modifies the categories and requirements for applications submitted to the Transmission Facility Coordination Group (TFCG) and updates the Regulation so that it complies with current practices and law. The categories are being clarified and a category for resubmissions is being added so that the County may recover the cost of reviewing revised applications. The Regulation proposes to modify the application requirements related to radiofrequency emissions and to FCC compliance and to ensure they comply with current law and practices. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 21-02AM.
