SUMMARY: This regulation amends Section 12 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to align with existing longevity increments based on collectively bargained longevity increments passed through to non-represented employees as approved by Council during fiscal year operating budgets 2022 through 2025. SUMMARY: This regulation increases the biennial Alarm User Registration renewal fee from $10 to $20 and increases the Alarm User Registration fee from $30 to $60 for commercial alarm users. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 1-19.
