MCER NO. 17-23AM:  ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REGULATION
                                  Building Energy Performance Standards

SUMMARY:  This regulation implements Article 6, Building Energy Use Benchmarking and Performance Standards, of Chapter 18A, Environmental Sustainability.  

ACTION:   Executive Regulation 17-23 was approved according to Method 2 review process and became effective January 22, 2025.

AUTHORIZATION AND PROCEDURAL METHOD:   Montgomery County Code, 2014, Sections 18A, Article 6. Method 2.
