MCER NO. 13-25: PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY PLANNING BOARD REGULATION
Forest Conservation - Trees Regulations
SUMMARY: These Planning Board regulations identify the steps that an applicant must take to comply with Chapter 22A of the County Code, the Forest Conservation Law, and pertain to all development applications, mandatory referrals, conditional uses, sediment control permits, or park development applications, special exception applications, or sediment control permit applications. The proposed regulation would supersede Planning Board Regulation 3-21.
