Policies, Procedures and Fees for Alarm Businesses and Alarm Users
SUMMARY: The purpose of the amendments to this regulation is to:
-
increase the biennial Alarm User Registration renewal fee from $10 to $20, and
-
increase the Alarm User Registration fee from $30 to $60 for commercial alarm users.
This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 1-19.

Emergency Medical Service Reimbursement Program
SUMMARY: This Regulation establishes: (1) an emergency medical services reimbursement schedule; and (2) a requirement that an individual who receives emergency medical services provide certain information and execute an assignment of certain health insurance benefits. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 6-20.
