MCER NO. 12-25: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF POLICE REGULATION
                             Policies, Procedures and Fees for Alarm Businesses and Alarm Users
 

SUMMARY:  The purpose of the amendments to this regulation is to:

  1. increase the biennial Alarm User Registration renewal fee from $10 to $20, and

  2. increase the Alarm User Registration fee from $30 to $60 for commercial alarm users. 

This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 1-19.

ACTION:   Executive Regulation 12-25 was approved according to Method 2 review process effective July 15, 2025.

MCER NO. 14-25: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE REGULATION
                             Emergency Medical Service Reimbursement Program

SUMMARY:  This Regulation establishes: (1) an emergency medical services reimbursement schedule; and (2) a requirement that an individual who receives emergency medical services provide certain information and execute an assignment of certain health insurance benefits.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 6-20.  

ACTION:    Executive Regulation 14-25 was approved according to Method 2 review process  effective July 8, 2025.

MCER NO. 18-25: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                             Annual Apartment License - Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3

SUMMARY:  This regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 18-25T.  

ACTION:    Executive Regulation 18-25 was approved according to Method 3 review process  effective July 15, 2025.

MCER NO. 19-25: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                             Transient Lodging Facilities - Fees

SUMMARY:  The regulation revises the annual license fee charged for hotels, bed and breakfast, and short-term residential rental licenses.  This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 19-25T..  

ACTION:    Executive Regulation 19-25 was approved according to Method 3 review process  effective July 15, 2025.
