Pesticides - Invasive Species
SUMMARY: This proposed regulation, which amends Executive Regulation No. 30-19, updates the list of environmentally detrimental invasive species required under Code Section 33B-5(c). Proposed regulation 7-25 was advertised in the April Register and is being amended and re-advertised as 7-25AM.
