SUMMARY: This regulation establishes the calculated amount of solid waste generated per dwelling unit for single-family and multi-family dwellings. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 6-24.

ACTION: Executive Regulation 9-25 was approved according to Method 2 review process and will become effective July 1, 2025.
