Establishment of Annual Rental Facility License Fees for Processing Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 Apartment Licenses
SUMMARY: The regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 18-25T.

Transient Lodging Facilities - Fees
SUMMARY: The regulation revises the annual license fee charged for hotels, bed and breakfast, and short-term residential rental licenses. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 19-25T.

MCER NO. 20-25: PROPOSED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
Establishment of Annual Registration Fees for Common Ownership Commuinities
SUMMARY: The regulation updates the annual registration fee for the common ownership communities. The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to fund the provision of the dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 20-25T.
