SUMMARY: The temporary regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses. This temporary regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 3-25.

Establishment of Annual Registration Fee for Common Ownership Communities
SUMMARY: This temporary regulation updates the annual registration fee for the common ownership communities. The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to fund the provision of dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Department of Housing & Community Affairs. This temporary regulation supersedes Executive Regulation 3-16.
