Public Election Fund
SUMMARY: This regulation updates the procedures to administer and implement the Public Election Fund, updates the scope of the audit required in Section 16-28, and other polices necessary to Article IV, Public Campaign Financing. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 2-21.

Establishment of Annual Registration Fee for Common Ownership Communities
SUMMARY: This Regulation updates the annual registration fee for the common ownership communities. The fee must be set at an amount sufficient to find the provision of the dispute resolution and technical assistance by the Department of Housing and Community Affairs. This regulation supersedes Executive Regulations 20-25T.
