Taxicab Rates
SUMMARY: This makes certain changes to the meter rate charge for taxicabs. The regulation also establishes a nighttime surcharge for taxicab trips between certain hours. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 30-08.

Recruitment and Application Rating Procedures - Amendments
SUMMARY: This regulation amends Section 6 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to establish a preference in County hiring for displaced federal workers required by County Expedited Bill 10-25, Hiring Displaced Federal Workers. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 16-13AMII in part.
