  • 2023 Community Navigation Forum: Navigating Safety-Net Resources

    Visit the Healthcare Initiative Foundation's website for presentation materials and recordings from the 2023 Community Navigation Forum. Learn from providers on how to navigate resources in the areas of Health and Behavioral Health, Legal Services, Homelessness Prevention, Early Care and Education, Workforce and Education, Food Security, and Utilities/Weatherization/Emergency Assistance.  Also includes a presentation regarding Solutions on the Horizon, which discusses potential solutions for addressing navigation challenges.
  • Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)

    DHHS provides many different programs for various needs, including: Aging and Disability Services; Behavioral Health and Crisis Services; Children, Youth and Family Services; Health Services; and Housing. Use the menu bar at the top of the  DHHS website to learn about the different programs available in Montgomery County. Up-to-date information on how to apply for programs is available here.
