Open Enrollment is the only time of year when you can make changes to your benefit elections without needing a qualifying life event. To make your 2025 Open Enrollment elections, please refer to the Self Service Benefits Open Enrollment System User Guide. All Open Enrollment changes are due no later than 5pm on October 25, 2024.

If you have a qualifying life event, you have 60 days from the date of the event to make health insurance changes. For a list of qualifying events and required documentation, refer to  Required Documentation & Qualifying Life Events. To make your selections, you can use either Self-Service Benefits or an online form:

TIP:
The advantage of using Self-Service Benefits is that you can immediately download a confirmation of your elections at the end of the process, which provides proof of your enrollment.

Participating Agency Employees
