Caya Cagri

Çaya Cagri is the owner of Cottage Monet, a lifestyle boutique in Rockville, Maryland. She was also the owner of Cafe Monet in Kensington, Maryland. Ms. Cagri has been in the service community for over 25 years and brings her experience in daily one to one interaction to the committee. Born in Turkey, Ms Cagri comes from a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
