Fee Schedule for Transient Lodging Facilities
SUMMARY: This regulation establishes a licensing fee schedule for Short Term Residential Rentals and amends other transient lodging fees in support of Bill 2-16, Transient Housing-Licensing and Registration. The proposed regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 10-01.

PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
Creation of a Police Leadership Service Compensation Plan
SUMMARY: The proposed regulation amends Sections 33-1, 33-10, 33-11, 33-12, 33-13, 33-15 and 33-16 of COMAR to create a new Police Leadership Service (PLS) salary schedule to include in the sworn police managers schedule, including the practice of aligning salary increases with performance. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulations 12-00AM, in part, 26-07, in part and 16-13, in part.
