MCER NO. 16-19:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS REGULATION
                              Establishment of Annual Rental Facility License Fees for Processing Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 Apartment Licenses

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation revises the annual license fee charged per dwelling unit for Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 rental housing licenses.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 10-15 and Temporary Executive Regulation 16-19T.

MCER NO. 23-19:   PROPOSED DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING SERVICES REGULATION
                              Adoption of the 2017 National Electrical Code

SUMMARY:  This regulation adopts the National Electrical Code, 2017 Edition, with local amendments.  This regulation applies to all electrical equipment, installations and activities within the County.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 6-16AM.

SUMMARY:  The proposed regulation amends the personnel regulations to conform to proposed legislation to transfer certain duties from the Office of Human Resources to the Office of Labor Relations.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-00, in part..
