MCER NO. 27-19:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                         Employee Drug and Alcohol Use and Drug and Alcohol testing
 
​SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 32 of the Personnel Regulations to reduce the time which employees or applicants are given to request a split specimen drug test following a positive drug test.

MCER NO. 28-19:   PROPOSED OFFICE OF COMMUNITY USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES REGULATION
                               Facility Fee Assistance Program

​SUMMARY:  This regulation requires the County Executive to create and the Executive Director of the Office of Community Use of Public Facilities to administer a program to encourage and assist the use of public facilities for programs serving underserved communities with a focus on vulnerable youth and low-income persons.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 26-16AM.
