MCER NO. 14-21: ADOPTED OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
Adding an Official Holiday
SUMMARY: The regulation amends Section 24 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to add a new Official Holiday and supersedes Executive Regulation 16-13, in part.
ACTION: Executive Regulation 14-21 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective March 15, 2022.

Disposition of Accumulated Sick Leave
SUMMARY: The regulation amends Section 17 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to provide for disposition of accumulated sick leave and supersedes Executive Regulation 16-13, in part.
