MCER NO. 10-22:  ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REGULATION
                             Transportation Services Improvement Fund

SUMMARY:  The regulation establishes the procedures for disbursing monies from the Transportation Services Improvement Fund.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 11-19.  

ACTION:  
Executive Regulation 10-22 was approved according to Method 2 review process, effective February 7, 2023

MCER NO. 18-22: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                             Performance Based Pay

SUMMARY:  This regulation amends Section 10 of the Montgomery County Personnel Regulations to provide for performance-based pay for the Executive Director of the Employee Retirement Plans.  This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 28-09.

Executive Regulation 18-22 was approved according to Method 2 review process, effective January 17, 2023

MCER NO. 22-22: ADOPTED MONTGOMERY COUNTY OFFICE OF HUMAN RESOURCES REGULATION
                             Position Description for Chief, Public Health Services

SUMMARY:  The regulation establishes the position description for Chief, Public Health Services, a non-merit position. It includes a definition of the work, examples of duties and responsibilities, and the recommended qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. Montgomery County Code Section 2-42A(b) designates this position as a non-merit position. Under County Code Section 1A-104(b)(2), a person holding a position in the Executive Branch designated by law as a non-merit position must be professionally qualified under a position description established by regulation under Method 1. This regulation would supersede Executive Regulation 12-03.

Executive Regulation 22-22 was approved by the County Council according to Method 1 review process, effective January 17, 2023
